We are seeking dedicated and hardworking General Labors to join our team in Baytown, TX, 77523. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various operations within our PIPE YARD facility. Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
• Support machine operators and other skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
