We are seeking dedicated and hardworking General Labors to join our team in Baytown, TX, 77523. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various operations within our PIPE YARD facility. Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
Support machine operators and other skilled tradespeople as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
