Position Summary:
Warehouse associates are the foundation of our success. As a Forklift Operator (Non-Formula), you will safely operate material handling equipment to move, store, and replenish product throughout the warehouse to ensure efficient operations and product quality.
You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, and meeting productivity standards while adhering to all safety, GMP, and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to transport product within the warehouse
- Move incoming freight from staging areas to designated storage locations
- Replenish pick slots to support order selection and next-day demand
- Verify product counts and inspect for damage, quality, and temperature compliance
- Rotate product and remove outdated inventory in accordance with company policy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including proper disposal of packaging materials
- Inspect pallets for safety and ensure proper storage
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and complete required checklists
- Follow all safety policies, preferred work methods, and standard operating procedures
- Consistently meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Complete required documentation and secure equipment at the end of each shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience preferred)
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry
Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent 1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience using a motorized pallet jack or forklift
Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
Motorized pallet jack and/or forklift certified
