*Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 (base pay) + Commission*

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the fluid power industry.
- Conduct on-site assessments and diagnostics of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Provide expert advice on equipment installation and maintenance.
- Utilize computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to enhance product offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address client needs and develop solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Ensure field service readiness and timely follow-up on service requests.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering or fluid power preferred), or comparable hands-on experience
- Minimum of two years’ experience in industrial or technical outside sales
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the fluid power or HVAC industry.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and equipment diagnostics.
- Knowledge of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a plus.
- Fluid Power certification is advantageous, but not required
- Experience with mobile and/ or industrial hydraulic equipment is preferred, but not required
- Background in value-added industrial sales is desirable, but not required
- Experience with hydraulic system applications and troubleshooting is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel overnight when required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
