Responsibilities

• Perform finishing operations on products, including sanding, polishing, and coating.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain and operate finishing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production processes and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new team members on finishing techniques and equipment usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or finishing processes is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools and finishing equipment.
