Responsibilities

Perform finishing operations on products, including sanding, polishing, and coating.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
Maintain and operate finishing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production processes and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in training new team members on finishing techniques and equipment usage.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or finishing processes is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools and finishing equipment.
