Responsibilities
- Assist financial advisors with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare and process client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update client records in our database, ensuring all information is current and secure.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Coordinate and organize client events and seminars.
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
