Responsibilities

Assist financial advisors with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Prepare and process client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain and update client records in our database, ensuring all information is current and secure.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings.
Coordinate and organize client events and seminars.
Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
