Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce parts accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.
• Inspection of parts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proficient in operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC setup.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
