Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce parts accurately.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
Document production data and report any discrepancies to management.
Inspection of parts

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
Proficient in operating CNC mills and lathes.
Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC setup.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
