Job Title: Entry Level Production Laborer – Manufacturing

Location: Saxonburg, PA

Pay: $19.77 – $21.92/hour + Shift Differential

We’re hiring Entry Level Production Laborers in a union manufacturing facility. These are critical roles that support daily operations across multiple departments. You’ll be trained and rotated where needed.

Pay rates are set and non-negotiable

Positions Include

• Press Laborer
• Inspector Packer
• Sorter Packer
• Cutter Belt / Sagger Filler

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, sort, and pack products
• Measure small parts and perform quality checks (AQL)
• Load/unload materials and weigh containers
• Follow work instructions and keep accurate records
• Work across departments as needed

These are NOT assembly line roles.

Schedule Requirements

• Must rotate between 1st and 2nd shift (some roles rotate all 3)
• Monday–Friday with overtime as needed
• Weekend overtime when required

What You Need

• Ability to stand full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and document work
• Comfortable wearing PPE
• Manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus (not required)
