Job Title: Entry Level Production Laborer – Manufacturing

Pay: $19.77 – $21.92/hour + Shift Differential

We’re hiring Entry Level Production Laborers in a union manufacturing facility. These are critical roles that support daily operations across multiple departments. You’ll be trained and rotated where needed.

Positions Include

Press Laborer
Inspector Packer
Sorter Packer
Cutter Belt / Sagger Filler

What You’ll Do

Inspect, sort, and pack products
Measure small parts and perform quality checks (AQL)
Load/unload materials and weigh containers
Follow work instructions and keep accurate records
Work across departments as needed

These are NOT assembly line roles.

Schedule Requirements

Must rotate between 1st and 2nd shift (some roles rotate all 3)
Monday–Friday with overtime as needed
Weekend overtime when required

What You Need

Ability to stand full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and document work
Comfortable wearing PPE
Manufacturing or forklift experience is a plus (not required)
