Entry-Level Machinist – Day Shift

Fuller Technologies is looking for an Entry-Level Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Northampton, PA. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who wants to build their skills and grow a career in machining.

Prior machining experience is helpful, but we are open to candidates with technical training, manufacturing experience, or hands-on mechanical backgrounds who are motivated to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Operate radial drills, saws, and cylindrical grinders

• Set up equipment for production runs with training and support

• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and part quality

• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications

• Make basic machine adjustments as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in machining

• Ability to work safely with industrial machinery and tools

• Basic ability to read measurements and technical information

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Manufacturing, machine operation, or shop experience is a plus

• Machining, manufacturing, or technical/trade school training is a plus but not required
