Entry-Level Machinist – Day Shift

Fuller Technologies is looking for an Entry-Level Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Northampton, PA. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who wants to build their skills and grow a career in machining.

Prior machining experience is helpful, but we are open to candidates with technical training, manufacturing experience, or hands-on mechanical backgrounds who are motivated to learn.

What You’ll Do

Operate radial drills, saws, and cylindrical grinders
Set up equipment for production runs with training and support
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and part quality
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications
Make basic machine adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

What We’re Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and interest in machining
Ability to work safely with industrial machinery and tools
Basic ability to read measurements and technical information
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Manufacturing, machine operation, or shop experience is a plus
Machining, manufacturing, or technical/trade school training is a plus but not required
