Job Overview:

Grieve Corporation, a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of industrial ovens and furnaces, is seeking a Customer Service Representative whowill play a key role in driving strong customer relationships and supporting the full sales process, from quoting and order entry to closing and post-sales support.

This position is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every interaction. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, shipping, and production, making teamwork just as important as your ability to work independently.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales representatives
  • Understand customer equipment needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations
  • Manage order entry and support internal processing workflows
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM and internal systems to track opportunities, manage accounts, and support contract development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, purchasing, and shipping teams
  • Support additional administrative and customer-related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of relevant customer service and/or sales support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, and/or relevant software preferred
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical product information
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confident, professional phone presence
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong command of written and spoken English

Schedule

Enjoy a consistent, work-life-friendly schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
