Grieve Corporation, a recognized leader in the design and manufacture of industrial ovens and furnaces, is seeking a Customer Service Representative whowill play a key role in driving strong customer relationships and supporting the full sales process, from quoting and order entry to closing and post-sales support.

This position is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every interaction. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, shipping, and production, making teamwork just as important as your ability to work independently.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales representatives
Understand customer equipment needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare accurate and timely quotations
Manage order entry and support internal processing workflows
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Utilize CRM and internal systems to track opportunities, manage accounts, and support contract development
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, purchasing, and shipping teams
Support additional administrative and customer-related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of relevant customer service and/or sales support experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with CRM, ERP, and/or relevant software preferred
Ability to learn and communicate technical product information
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Confident, professional phone presence
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Strong command of written and spoken English

Schedule

Enjoy a consistent, work-life-friendly schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
