Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance & repairs experience required
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems while communicating with customers and team, documenting work, and responding to emergencies in all conditions
• Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures
• Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
• Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
• Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
