Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance & repairs experience required
Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Position Offers:

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems while communicating with customers and team, documenting work, and responding to emergencies in all conditions
Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures
Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
