Position Summary

Established commercial HVAC contractor seeking a dependable technician to support Los Angeles County and North Orange County accounts. This position includes a mix of preventative maintenance, service calls, common repairs, and standard diagnostics on commercial equipment. Majority of work is in the LA territory with support from experienced leadership and a steady year-round customer base.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial HVAC maintenance and service
• Diagnose common electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and heating issues
• Service rooftop units, package units, split systems, and heat pumps
• Replace motors, belts, capacitors, contactors, filters, etc.
• Complete digital service tickets, notes, and photos
• Maintain organized truck stock
• Communicate professionally with customers and office staff

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years HVAC field experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Able to work independently
• Dependable and professional

Preferred

• Commercial HVAC experience
• RTU experience
• Experience with property management accounts
• VRF / controls exposure

Territory

Majority of dispatches in Los Angeles County, with some North Orange County work and occasional Riverside support.
