Position Summary

Established commercial HVAC contractor seeking a dependable technician to support Los Angeles County and North Orange County accounts. This position includes a mix of preventative maintenance, service calls, common repairs, and standard diagnostics on commercial equipment. Majority of work is in the LA territory with support from experienced leadership and a steady year-round customer base.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial HVAC maintenance and service
Diagnose common electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and heating issues
Service rooftop units, package units, split systems, and heat pumps
Replace motors, belts, capacitors, contactors, filters, etc.
Complete digital service tickets, notes, and photos
Maintain organized truck stock
Communicate professionally with customers and office staff

Qualifications

Required

4+ years HVAC field experience
EPA certification
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Able to work independently
Dependable and professional

Preferred

Commercial HVAC experience
RTU experience
Experience with property management accounts
VRF / controls exposure

Territory

Majority of dispatches in Los Angeles County, with some North Orange County work and occasional Riverside support.
