Hiring Now: CNC Programmer

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for a top manufacturing client in the Terrell area.

Pay:

$24–$40/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit CNC programs for mills, lathes, or routers
• Use CAD/CAM software to generate tool paths
• Review prints, tolerances, and customer specs
• Improve cycle times and reduce scrap
• Support machinists with setup troubleshooting
• Maintain program revisions and documentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years CNC programming experience
• CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM, etc.)
• Knowledge of G-code / M-code
• Blueprint & GD&T knowledge
• Manufacturing mindset

Preferred:

• Multi-axis programming
• Tooling / fixture design experience
