Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for a top manufacturing client in the Terrell area.

Pay:

$24–$40/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

Create and edit CNC programs for mills, lathes, or routers
Use CAD/CAM software to generate tool paths
Review prints, tolerances, and customer specs
Improve cycle times and reduce scrap
Support machinists with setup troubleshooting
Maintain program revisions and documentation

Requirements:

3+ years CNC programming experience
CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM, etc.)
Knowledge of G-code / M-code
Blueprint & GD&T knowledge
Manufacturing mindset

Preferred:

Multi-axis programming
Tooling / fixture design experience
