Responsibilities

• Perform necessary machining operations

• Use overhead cranes to move parts in and out of machines

• Setup material, machines, and tools

• Set feed rate, speed, and depth

• Use precision gauging to make offset adjustments

• Check and certify gauges

Qualifications

• Expierence setting up and running CNC and/or manual mills/lathes
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Experience with blueprint and other technical drawings

You should be proficient in:

• CNC Tooling
• CNC Machine Repair
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
• Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Manual Machining Skills
