Responsibilities

Perform necessary machining operations
Use overhead cranes to move parts in and out of machines
Setup material, machines, and tools
Set feed rate, speed, and depth
Use precision gauging to make offset adjustments
Check and certify gauges

Qualifications

Expierence setting up and running CNC and/or manual mills/lathes
Experience with precision measuring tools
Experience with blueprint and other technical drawings

You should be proficient in:

CNC Tooling

CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
