Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off trucks with manual transmissions safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials to and from designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding schedules and any potential issues.
• Provide excellent customer service during pickups and drop-offs.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating roll-off trucks with 10-speed manual transmission.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
