Responsibilities

Operate roll-off trucks with manual transmissions safely and efficiently.
Transport materials to and from designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding schedules and any potential issues.
Provide excellent customer service during pickups and drop-offs.
Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience operating roll-off trucks with 10-speed manual transmission.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
High school diploma or equivalent.
