We are looking for a driven, self-motivated **Business Developer **with a "Hunter" Mentality to grow our client base. You will be prospecting new business, building relationships with hiring managers, and closing staffing contracts. This is a hunter role: your income has no ceiling and no floor. You build it. Ability to earn 150k or more in your first year.

• Prospect and cold call businesses in need of staffing solutions

• Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients

• Present 10X Workforce's services to key decision-makers

• Negotiate and close staffing contracts

• Collaborate with our recruiting team to fulfill placements

• Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business

• Track activity and opportunities in our CRM

• Represent the 10X brand with energy and professionalism

• Proven B2B sales experience (staffing a plus)

• Fearless cold-caller and door-opener

• Highly self-motivated — you don't need a manager to start your day

• Strong communicator, written and verbal

• Comfortable working on 100% commission

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality

• Organized and consistent with CRM follow-up habits

• Existing book of business or employer contacts is a major plus
