We are looking for a driven, self-motivated **Business Developer **with a "Hunter" Mentality to grow our client base. You will be prospecting new business, building relationships with hiring managers, and closing staffing contracts. This is a hunter role: your income has no ceiling and no floor. You build it. Ability to earn 150k or more in your first year.

Prospect and cold call businesses in need of staffing solutions
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
Present 10X Workforce's services to key decision-makers
Negotiate and close staffing contracts
Collaborate with our recruiting team to fulfill placements
Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business
Track activity and opportunities in our CRM
Represent the 10X brand with energy and professionalism
Proven B2B sales experience (staffing a plus)
Fearless cold-caller and door-opener
Highly self-motivated — you don't need a manager to start your day
Strong communicator, written and verbal
Comfortable working on 100% commission
Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
Organized and consistent with CRM follow-up habits
Existing book of business or employer contacts is a major plus
