Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
