Responsibilities

Assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
