Job Title: Production & Assembly Operator

Available Shifts:

• A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday (3 openings)
• B Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday (3 openings)
• **C Shift: **10:30 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday - Friday (3 opening)

Position Summary:

As a Production/Assembly Operator, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating various production equipment including guillotines, die cutters, and shrink wrap machines. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality production output by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout each stage of the process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Meet or exceed production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for the full duration of the shift
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
