Available Shifts:

A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday (3 openings)
B Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday (3 openings)
**C Shift: **10:30 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday - Friday (3 opening)

Position Summary:

As a Production/Assembly Operator, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating various production equipment including guillotines, die cutters, and shrink wrap machines. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality production output by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout each stage of the process.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
Perform assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Meet or exceed production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for the full duration of the shift
Reliability and punctuality are essential
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
