Ihre Aufgaben

Sie sichern die logistischen Systeme und internen Lieferketten und sorgen für die Einhaltung der Lieferfristen auf Grundlagen der Spezifikationen, Standards und Richtlinien.
Sicherstellung einer größtmöglichen externen und internen Kundenzufriedenheit und der 100%-igen Liefertreue
Sicherstellung der sach- und fachgerechten Warenannahme, Einlagerung und Kommissionierung
Verantwortung für die fach- und zeitgerechte Ver- und Entsorgung aller Produktionseinheiten und anderen Bereiche
Sicherstellung und Koordination des Rohstoffbeschaffungsprozesses und der damit verbundenen Kosten
Integration, Steuerung und Optimierung der gesamten Supply-Chain
Abstimmung zwischen Vertrieb und Logistik
Laufende Prozessoptimierung
Führung eines Teams (10 Mitarbeiter)

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Lager und Versand, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, sowie ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität
Selbstständige, analytische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
Gewohnt, in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
