Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, technical drawings, and the ability to work with various measuring instruments to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs usingAlphacamfor 3-axis
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling machines based on engineering specifications.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify designs as necessary.
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in programming and inspection processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues related to machining processes or program performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, including setup sheets and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAM programming and familiarity with CAD software.
• Strong mathematical skills for precise calculations related to machining processes.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
