Job Description

**Key Responsibilities

**

Read and interpret point-to-point electrical diagrams, bills of materials, and production instructions.

Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical assemblies.

Rework wiring harnesses as needed, including cutting, stripping, and terminating wires.

Accurately route, secure, and terminate wiring according to schematics.

Perform soldering and connector termination to specified standards.

Utilize hand and power tools such as drills, wire cutters, crimpers, and wrenches.

**Required Qualifications

**

Strong aptitude for electronic control equipment and systems.

Proven experience assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Skilled in wire harness assembly, including soldering and connector installation.

Demonstrated ability to read and understand electrical schematics and systems.

**Preferred Qualifications 

**

Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience.
