Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret complete electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material (BOMs) to guide panel assembly
- Perform mechanical layout and installation of panel hardware including rails, back plates, and enclosure components prior to wiring
- Assemble, wire, and terminate electrical control panels and power distribution assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Identify components, relay types, and wire routing accurately from technical drawings
- Ensure completed panels meet quality standards and pass point-to-point inspection
- Follow all applicable electrical codes and safety practices (NEC/NFPA) throughout assembly
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret full electrical schematics and wiring diagrams (not limited to point-to-point wiring)
- Prior experience in industrial control panel building, panel wiring, or electrical panel assembly
- Comfortable working from engineering prints and specifications with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, wire strippers, crimping tools, and testing equipment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with regular overtime and occasional weekend availability based on production needs.
