Location: Anywhere, USA. You can live anywhere in the U.S. and rotate to remote Alaska oilfield sites.

Pay: $25–$27/hr + overtime

Schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off, 12-hour shifts

About the Role

Live anywhere in the U.S. and work a 21-on / 21-off rotation in Alaska's oilfields. As a Wireline Operator, you'll run wireline trucks and units to support logging, perforating, and wellsite operations in remote, cold-weather locations. You'll work alongside field supervisors and rig crews to get the job done safely and efficiently, and your work directly affects well integrity and data quality.

With 12-hour shifts over 21 days, overtime makes up a big part of your earnings. You also get three full weeks at home every rotation.

[Travel to and from Alaska is provided/reimbursed. Camp lodging and meals are provided on site.]

What You'll Do

• Operate wireline trucks and units for logging, perforating, and related services
• Rig up and rig down wireline equipment safely and correctly
• Perform pre-job equipment checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Help run tools in and out of the wellbore and communicate with the supervisor and rig crew
• Identify hazards and complete risk assessments before and during operations
• Follow site safety, environmental, and operating procedures
• Complete job paperwork, including equipment logs, operational reports, and incident/near-miss reports
• Support mobilization and demobilization of equipment in remote locations

What You Need

• Proven experience operating wireline trucks and units in oilfield or well services
• A Class A CDL with no restrictions (manual or automatic)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to rig up and rig down wireline equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong hazard awareness and safe work habits
• Comfort working in extreme cold and remote locations on extended rotations
• The physical ability to handle heavy equipment, work at heights, and perform manual tasks outdoors
• The ability to pass client onboarding [drug/alcohol screening, background check, NSTC North Slope orientation]

Nice to Have

• Experience in Alaska or other Arctic oilfields
• Familiarity with standard wireline tools and downhole operations
• Experience with electronic logging and data acquisition systems
• H2S, confined space, or working-at-heights certifications
• Vocational or technical training in oilfield, mechanical, or electrical trades
• Experience with rotational work and camp living
