Shift: First Shift — 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay:$16–$18 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cable Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will assist with assembling and testing cables, supporting production, and ensuring product quality. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with good attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
Connect cables to testing machines to verify function and continuity
Perform basic testing and inspection of cable assemblies
Assist with cable assembly and repairs as needed
Troubleshoot and help resolve production issues related to cables
Accurately document testing results using computer systems
Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Previous experience with wires or cables (assembling, testing, inspecting, crimping, etc)
Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work
Basic computer skills for data entry and test documentation
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn cable assembly processes
Strong attention to detail and quality
