Are you detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoy working with your hands? Our client is seeking dependable Wire Harness Assemblers to join their growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging wire harnesses and electrical components used in a variety of applications. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy precision work, following detailed instructions, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical components according to specifications and work instructions
Route, bundle, crimp, terminate, and connect wires and connectors
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and production documents
Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment
Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
Test completed assemblies to ensure proper functionality and compliance with specifications
Package and prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Identify and report quality concerns or production issues
Assist with inventory organization and material handling as needed
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Cross-train in multiple production areas to support manufacturing needs
Qualifications
Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred
Experience working with small parts and detailed assembly work is a plus
Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday
Frequent use of hands and fingers for detailed assembly work
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
