Our client in Cedar Rapids is searching for 2nd shift leadership in a FAST GROWING shop. They are searching for trainers and shift leads to join their team and help build high-quality wiring assemblies that keep their products running reliably.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and train a team that assembles wire harnesses using schematics, work instructions, and wiring diagrams
• Work with the production scheduling team to properly deploy resources each shift.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Troubleshoot and correct minor assembly issues
• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
