What You'll Do

As a Window Washer, you'll help maintain the professional appearance of storefronts, restaurants, and commercial properties throughout the Twin Cities area. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning interior and exterior windows using professional tools and techniques
• Working safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and other equipment
• Inspecting windows for damage or maintenance concerns and reporting issues as needed
• Maintaining and organizing cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
• Providing friendly, professional customer service at job sites
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Following safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Maintaining a consistent pace while delivering high-quality results

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous window washing, cleaning, maintenance, or related experience is a plus
• Ability to safely work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including occasional weekends as needed
