We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Window Installer to join our growing installation team. This is a hands-on role working directly at residential job sites installing replacement windows and doors while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

Assist with loading trucks and securing materials for daily jobs
Install replacement windows and doors at residential job sites
Work alongside the Lead Installer to complete projects safely and efficiently
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
Identify and report installation or product issues
Use hand and power tools daily
Work on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs when necessary
Perform window repairs and glass replacement as needed
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Complete paperwork accurately and on time
Assist with training new team members
Drive company trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and complete certification training as needed

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in:- Window installation
- Construction or remodeling
- Exterior finishing or trim work
- Glass replacement
Experience bending aluminum with a metal brake and capping exterior trim is a plus
Experience driving pickup trucks, trailers, or box trucks preferred
