Position Purpose:
The Will Call Manager is responsible for strategic oversight and execution of all Will Call operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. This role manages staff, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement in order fulfillment and customer experience.

Major Functional Responsibilities:
  • Manage Will Call operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize order staging, pickups, and returns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
  • Serve as escalation point for customer issues and complex order discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and sales teams to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory control activities including audits, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
  • Lead training and development initiatives for Will Call staff.
  • Maintain budgetary oversight and resource planning for the Will Call area.
  • Represent Will Call operations in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Required Education
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

Work Experience
• 5 - 7 Years warehouse or distribution operations

Required Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
