NOW HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS

1. Mechanical Assembly

• Assemble mechanical components and products using blueprints, schematics, hand tools, and power tools.
• Inspect, test, and measure completed assemblies to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure accurate and efficient production.

2. Punch Press Operator – Level B

• Set up and operate punch press machines with minimal supervision to punch, shape, trim, and form metal materials.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, make machine adjustments, and ensure proper punch and die clearances.
• Maintain equipment, perform basic machine maintenance, and support efficient production operations.

3. Tack Welder / Entry-Level Welder C

• Perform tack welding and basic MIG/TIG welding operations to join metal components according to specifications.
• Position, align, clamp, and secure metal parts using blueprints, measuring tools, and welding equipment.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and conformance to production requirements.

4. Robotic Welder Operator

• Set up and operate robotic welding equipment and fixtures to produce quality welded metal components.
• Monitor robotic welding operations, inspect completed welds, and identify defects or quality concerns.
• Perform necessary weld touch-ups, adjustments, and rework to ensure finished products meet specifications.

Weekend - 6am to 6:30pm Fri, Sat, sun w/ 4 hours bonus
