Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to fabricate and assemble metal components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specifications.

• Set up, position, and weld metal parts using appropriate tools and equipment.

• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Welding experience preferred: Class A (10+ years), Class B (5+ years), or Class C (2+ years).

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

• Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding techniques and manufacturing safety practices.

PRESS BRAKE OPERATORS – 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurements.

• Set up machines, adjust tooling, and perform bending operations based on experience level.

• Inspect completed parts using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Press Brake experience preferred: Class A (5+ years), Class B (3+ years), or Class C (1+ years).

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.

• Knowledge of press brake operations, machine setups, and tooling based on experience level.
