We are seeking a dedicated JOB TITLE to join our team.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for working as a part of a team performing set-up and operations of welding equipment in addition to metal finishing operations in accordance with quality and production standards.

Shift Available: 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment to weld various components to print 
• Using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, layout table, height gage, pin gages, chamfer gage, and inspectvision to verify parts to print requirements 
• Grinding and disc abrasive sanding on fabricated metal components 
• Identify critical to quality (CTQ) needs to ensure parts are holding dimensions 
• Perform first piece inspections for other operators 
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment 
• Maintain an organized workplace though 5S

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience and Training:

• At least 1 year of experience in MIG and/or TIG welding 
•

Physical and Mental Demands:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, grasp, carry or lift up to 50 pounds 
• Must be able to read and understand weld symbols and blueprint drawings
