Lead Welder Needed

A manufacturing company in Fort Worth is seeking a Night Shift Lead Welder to join their team!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–6:00 AM

Pay: $23-25/hour+

Lead Welder Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG, MIG, and Flux-Core welding on aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel

• Read and interpret blueprints; complete precise fit-ups on complex assemblies

• Oversee night-shift welding operations and lead a small team of welders (2+ years leadership required)

• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure welds meet aerospace or sheet-metal manufacturing requirements (experience a plus)

• Train welders, assign tasks, and ensure safe and efficient workflow during night operations

Lead Welder Requirements:

• 4+ years of welding experience (TIG/MIG/Flux-Core)

• Strong fit-up skills and ability to work with aluminum, stainless, and carbon steel

• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience

• Ability to read blueprints and use fabrication tools

• Aerospace or sheet-metal manufacturing experience preferred
