This position is based in Boulder, Colorado, where you will support key manufacturing processes including welding, vacuum furnace brazing, and hydrostatic testing. In this role, you will collaborate closely with welders and engineers in Boulder and global subject matter experts to audit processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the highest levels of product quality and reliability. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $70,800 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
