Responsibilities

Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Laser welding to fabricate and repair metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and welding of parts.
Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, and Laser welding techniques.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve welding-related issues.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in welding preferred.
