Responsibilities

• Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, Stick, and Laser welding to fabricate and repair metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and welding of parts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder with proficiency in MIG, TIG, Stick, and Laser welding techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve welding-related issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in welding preferred.
